Health

More evidence that cancer treatment by the NHS hospitals in the UK is failing and the truth has been held back for over ten years at least. Current treatment is unnecessary, and does not prolong life and in some cases shortens it. More doctors and experts are struck off as they  try to tell the truth in reports they were asked to write! This weeks Daily Mail newspaper showed three women who have had radical surgery because their doctor persuaded then they were  at risk of cancer and it would help them live longer! Our doctors prove even if you have cancer surgey is not usually neccessary or chemotherapy.  Most times (90% of times!)

Travel

Great news that Swiss Travel is 70% off for trains, boats, buses and mountain trips for travel agent  card holders. £59 4 days (8 days add £22).  Children under 16 free. Get a card from me! USA and Canada flights for £109 return. Why not become a travel agent enjoy life?

Trains

Crashes with people driving cars through  warning lights at crossings continues. This time in the UK. Most months someone does it somewhere in the world. Please don't. The crashes I have heard of have killed every participant even all minibus occupants. Due to flooding the Severn Valley Railway track was washed out. Or should I say suspended in mid air with no support. Mainlines were  also flooded but I heard of no permanent damage. 

Boats

I joined the local sailing club and was amazed to see the small lake full of dinghies. I've just about finished. But the course  has suffered from the continuous rain causing flooding and cancelled lessons. The small lake rises above the  boardwalk which is necessary to launch dinghies safely . Obviously it could be done in an emergency.

Planes

Flights to European cities are still just £35 despite concern prices are so low encouraging global warming. It was great to see there is more than one rocket man with video online. Is www.jet-man.com the best?

People

A lot of English and Scottlsh people want Scotland to split away from Great Britain as a separate country. Meanwhile global warming experts say Scotland will be hardest hit as it has a large number of animals specific to snowy winters, which are likely to disappear.
