The founder Robert Kimberley spent years passing exams in different countries continuing education through to age of 40 and beyond. The result was pages of qualifications. Streams of letters to append to his name for any circumstance. For instance engineering consultant had one set of letters, sports coach had others and teaching had others.
Job assignments seemed to be short lived. The higher the financial reward the shorter the contract. Typically companies got an academic report, mainly involving work measurement, which is what they asked for.
